1️⃣ Stand Alone Meeting Template

Call to Order

A [meeting type] meeting of [org name] was held on [date] at [location]. It began at [time] and was presided over by [chariman name], with [secretary’s name] as secretary.

Attendees

List attendees, including voting members, guests in attendance and member’s not in attendance.

Approval of Minutes

A motion to approve the minutes of the previous [date] meeting was made by [name] and seconded by [name].

Officer’s Reports

List report names and the name of the presenter.

Other Reports

List report names and the name of the presenter.
