Daily Cleaning Checklist:

Preparation:

• [ ] Assemble and prepare cleaning supplies
• [ ] Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, masks, gowns)
• [ ] Clear and dispose of general waste

General Cleaning:

• [ ] Dust surfaces, starting from higher to lower areas
• [ ] Clean horizontal surfaces, like counters and tables
• [ ] Disinfect high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, phones)
• [ ] Wipe down walls, windows, and mirrors with a disinfectant
• [ ] Vacuum or mop floors
• [ ] Replace trash liners and add new ones
• [ ] Replenish hand sanitizers, soap dispensers, and paper towel holders

Patient Rooms:
